Daily Water Widget
A water counter that thinks in glasses. Turn the Digital Crown to pick how many glasses, tap Add, and your daily total updates on your wrist, your iPhone and your widgets. Ounces or milliliters, your choice.
How it works
- Apple Watch: turn the Digital Crown to choose how many glasses, then tap Add.
- +1 glass: on iPhone, one tap adds a glass of your chosen size.
- Glass size: set your usual glass in Settings, from 4 to 40 oz (or 100 to 1,000 ml). Sizes you've used recently show up for a quick switch, like a glass and a 1 L bottle.
- Other amount: log any amount that isn't a full glass.
- Ounces or milliliters: pick your unit in Settings. Switching never changes what you've already logged.
- Goal: set a daily goal from 32 to 160 oz (or 1 to 5 L). Your total turns from blue to green when you hit it.
- Reset time: choose when your day starts over.
- Widgets: add the complication to your watch face, and the widget to your iPhone Home Screen or Lock Screen.
History
Logging, widgets and complications are free. A one-time purchase unlocks History: every day you've logged, a last-7-days chart, and day-over-day and week-over-week comparisons. There's no subscription, and the purchase covers your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch on the same Apple Account.
Help
- My watch and iPhone show different totals.
- Open the app on both devices with Bluetooth on and the watch near your iPhone. Entries sync directly between them, and anything logged while they were apart is sent as soon as they reconnect.
- My day resets at the wrong time.
- Go to Settings › Resets at and pick the time your day should start over. It works well for night shifts or late dinners.
- The widget or complication isn't up to date.
- Open the app once. If it still lags, remove the widget or complication and add it again. iOS and watchOS limit how often widgets refresh.
- I logged the wrong amount.
- Tap Undo last on the Water screen to remove your most recent entry.
- I bought History but it's locked again.
- Tap Restore Purchases in Settings while signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy it. History unlocks on your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.
- How do I delete my data?
- Your log is stored only on your own devices. Deleting the app from your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch deletes it.
- My amounts look different after switching units.
- Everything is stored in milliliters and only shown in ounces or milliliters, so switching units just changes how the same amounts are displayed. Nothing is lost or rounded away.
