GLP Big 3 Widgets
Protein, fiber and water in one app. Each has its own counter, goal and colors, and the three sit side by side on your iPhone, your Apple Watch and your widgets. There's no account to make and no food database to search.
How it works
- Three trackers: Protein and Fiber count grams; Water counts glasses in ounces or milliliters. Each has its own daily goal.
- Apple Watch: swipe up or down to move between the three trackers, turn the Digital Crown to dial in an amount, then tap Add.
- Quick Add and Common Adds: one-tap buttons for each tracker, plus the amounts you log most often.
- Reset time: one reset time for all three, so your day starts over at the same moment.
- Widgets: complications and Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for each tracker.
- Import: already use Daily Protein, Fiber or Water Widget on this iPhone? Settings › Import copies their history in. Entries already here are skipped.
History
Logging, widgets and complications are free. One one-time purchase unlocks History for all three trackers: every day you've logged, a last-7-days chart showing each goal as a percentage, how many days you hit all three goals, and day-over-day and week-over-week comparisons. There's no subscription, and the purchase covers your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch on the same Apple Account.
Help
- My watch and iPhone show different totals.
- Open the app on both devices with Bluetooth on and the watch near your iPhone. Entries sync directly between them, and anything logged while they were apart is sent as soon as they reconnect.
- My day resets at the wrong time.
- Go to Settings › Resets at and pick the time your day should start over. It works well for night shifts or late dinners.
- The widget or complication isn't up to date.
- Open the app once. If it still lags, remove the widget or complication and add it again. iOS and watchOS limit how often widgets refresh.
- I logged the wrong amount.
- Tap Undo last on the Today screen to remove your most recent entry.
- I bought History but it's locked again.
- Tap Restore Purchases in Settings while signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy it. History unlocks on your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch.
- How do I delete my data?
- Your log is stored only on your own devices. Deleting the app from your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch deletes it.
- I bought History in one of the single apps.
- Purchases are separate for each app, so History in GLP Big 3 Widgets is its own one-time unlock. Your logged history itself can be imported for free from Settings › Import.
